Shipping
We ship products to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate.
Shipping times may vary based on location and product availability. Some items are made to order and can take up to 14 days to produce. Once your order is ready, domestic shipments typically take 2-4 business days to arrive.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final unless a product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at megan@happythoughtknits.com within 14 days of receipt. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos of the damage.
Refunds or exchanges for non-defective items are at our discretion.

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival.
Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, unless defective.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
